Pro tips
- Request early. TalkingParents exports can take hours. Start the process the day before you plan to import.
- Check spam. The export email sometimes lands in spam or promotions. Search for "TalkingParents" in all folders.
- Recorded calls are metadata only. The export includes call dates, durations, and participants — not audio files. For recorded call audio, you may need to contact TalkingParents support directly.
- JSON is preferred. If given the option, choose JSON format for the cleanest data import.
