Our Children Australia makes it easy to download your co-parenting records. Most exports are available through the web dashboard.

Step-by-step export guide
Log in to Our Children
Go to ourchildren.com.au and sign in with your email and password. The export process works from the web dashboard — not the mobile app.
Navigate to Account Settings
Click on your profile icon or name in the top-right corner. Select 'Account Settings' or 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.
Find the Data Export section
Look for 'Export Data', 'Download My Data', or 'Data & Privacy' in the settings. Our Children Australia provides a data export tool under your account settings.
Select export scope
Choose which records to export: Communications, Calendar events, and Expense records. Select 'All time' to get your complete history.
Request your export
Click 'Request Export' or 'Download'. Some platforms email the export file to you, others download directly. If emailed, check your inbox (including spam) for the download link.
Save the export file
Once you have the export file (CSV or JSON), save it to your device. Keep it somewhere you can find it — your Downloads folder or Documents is fine.
Upload to CoParentOS
Go to your CoParentOS Dashboard → Import, select 'Other / Our Children' as your platform, and upload the export file. We'll parse your messages, expenses, and calendar events automatically.
Pro tips
- Use the web dashboard. Our Children's export tool is available through the web interface at ourchildren.com.au, not the mobile app.
- Export everything. Even if you only need expenses right now, export all categories. You choose what to import in CoParentOS.
- Check your email. Some exports are delivered by email rather than direct download. Check spam if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
- No platform lock-in. Our Children supports data export as a standard feature. If you have difficulty, their support team can assist with the export process.
