Browser-assisted migration
Capture Our Children records in one file
Our Children's full export can fail, and its category PDFs may miss attachments. This tool uses your already signed-in browser session to gather the pages you can access, then gives CoParentOS one reviewable JSON file to import.
Use only on records you are authorised to access
Only run this on your own Our Children account and records you are allowed to access. Review captured files before importing. The capture preserves protected attachment links where Our Children exposes them, but actual file downloads may still require your signed-in Our Children session.
CoParentOS page saver
Drag this button to your bookmarks bar, then click that saved bookmark once while viewing any signed-in Our Children page.
Show manual bookmarklet code
javascript:(async()=>{try{const r=await fetch("https://coparentos.com.au/import-tools/ourchildren-capture.js?v=2026-06-23.8&t="+Date.now(),{cache:"no-store"});if(!r.ok)throw new Error("HTTP "+r.status);(0,eval)(await r.text())}catch(e){alert("CoParentOS capture failed: "+(e&&e.message?e.message:e))}})();Save the browser tool
Drag the Save all Our Children data button to your bookmarks bar. If mobile Safari/Chrome blocks dragging, copy the short bookmarklet text and create a bookmark manually.
Open Our Children
Sign in to Our Children yourself in your normal browser. CoParentOS does not ask for, store or handle your Our Children password.
Capture accessible categories
Click the saved bookmark once from any signed-in Our Children page. It captures the current page plus the known dashboard, communication, calendar, information, email and financial pages that your browser session can access.
Upload to CoParentOS
The tool downloads one combined JSON file. Upload that file in Dashboard > Import > Our Children for preview and review.
Current capture behaviour
The capture file preserves each page's source category, URL, visible text, tables, record-like blocks and protected attachment links. CoParentOS keeps visible attachment links with their matching document, expense or inbox record during import. If Our Children blocks a category or redirects it to login, the tool skips that page and records a warning inside the JSON instead of failing the whole capture.
